Let’s face it, when you hear the phrase “work out” you kind of want to run and hide.
Grab the blanket, get some popcorn and plop yourself down on the couch … the workout can wait until tomorrow.

I know working out and getting in that daily dose of endorphin’s can be hard and sometimes downright the last thing you want to do.
