The clutter can totally take over… all too often.
I recently did a deep clean in my house (yes, it’s always a nice thing to do in the new year!).
When I cleared out my office of unnecessary items that I had in overabundance or simply didn’t put to use, I had a lot more space to get organized!
Simplicity is our friend.
Less is more, in my opinion.
So here are a few of the little tips I’d recommend for you:
CUTE DISPLAY JARS & VASE
Find a couple cute jars at Michaels or your local craft store (I found these in their $1 section).
You can also get these jars on Amazon HERE.
Put your paper clips, push pins, staples, or anything, really into them and have them be the only thing you display on your desk.
Grab a simple flower you like while you’re there and find a vase in their glassware.
The rest of your office supplies can go inside of your desk.
EXPANDING CLEAR DRAWER ORGANIZERS
I searched a lot for some good quality drawer organizers so they wouldn’t get all scratched up or break easily over time.
These I found at the At Home store locally, but I also just found them on Amazon HERE.
I use them in my makeup vanity drawer as well.
It’s great how they expand to be able to fit your drawers and your goodies accurately.
TABLETOP FILE FOLDERS
I really dislike file drawers and boxes.
When I came across this easy system, I fell in love!
I CAN display my file folders without feeling frumpy.
This sets right next to my 3 little jars on my desk and the rest of the table has plenty of space left.
I bought the holder and the folders at Target recently.

I hope this helps you kickstart some decluttering in your home office! 🙂
