You should know… I’m pretty much a professional sleeper
so I thought I should share some of my secrets with you!
Oh yes, I’ve perfected the art of a GREAT night’s rest
with the help of these tips and products over the years…
First off, pretty please promise me that you’ll
ALWAYS wash your face before you get into bed.
Get all of that ‘day dirt’ off of there & your skin will thank you!
Turn your phone settings onto ‘night mode’ and cozy on in.
THESE ARE A FEW OF MY FAVORITE THINGS
(with photos of them in our lil bedroom)…
We struggle with allergies and stuffy noses
but ever since we added this humidifier to our bedroom,
we sleep like babies, and any sinus snoring has disappeared.
My fiancé has had tinnitus for several years so he always has
fans blasting from every angle to help distract him from the ringing in his ears.
I’m NOT a fan of fans blowing on my face so I was thrilled when we
brought this white noise sound machine into our home.
It’s so soothing.
This should be a household staple by now.
Add lavender in this simple little diffuser!
(It’s silent and does the job perfectly for less than $15!)
These sheets have changed my ENTIRE sleep game.
I first thought, “Bamboo & viscose? That’s weird.”
But these are honestly the softest sheets I’ve ever owned.
The bamboo provides a natural coolness I LOVEEE.
The straps on each corner also help keep it snug on the bed
so no sheet wrinkles on my face when I wake up in the morning!
This is by FAR the best sleep investment I’ve made.
This one is pretty obvious … you can sleep wayyy better in the dark!
These blankets are meant to soothe and calm anyone
dealing with anxiety, insomnia and other disorders.
It’s a perfect alternative to medication – and it has a deep calming effect!
Read more here about the benefits.
I always get hot when I get into bed.
We lower the house thermometer, but sometimes that just isn’t enough.
These pillows have a gel layer that lowers temperatures by approximately
3.5 degrees and mold/contour to the weight of your neck and head.
It helps relax your entire body!
I hope you can benefit from these tips as much as we have!
We sleep like we are hibernating now!
